You decide who sees your address and your contact details, and you handle conversations and viewings directly.
We are only the platform: we do not broker, and we take no part in an individual sale.
That way the money stays with the property.

Why there are still few properties
We are just building up. Only a few people list so far, and we would rather tell you openly than pretend the platform is full. If you like the idea, support it: a search request shows what people are looking for, and a listing brings the first property onto the platform.
